Changing systems means changing the stories that hold them together.

Who am I?

I’m Eva, an anthropologist and project management consultant working on economic transformation, systems change, and new narratives and storytelling for a more just and equal world beyond growth.

Where am I coming from?

I work at the intersection of systems change, post-growth thinking and narrative transformation because I don’t believe today’s crises are accidental. They are the result of economic systems designed around extraction, inequality and the illusion of endless growth and I want to help change the stories that keep those systems in place.

I am motivated by the conviction that policy and strategy alone are not enough. Change happens when people can see themselves in alternative futures, when dominant assumptions are questioned, and when hope becomes something collective rather than abstract. Narrative change is what mobilizes people, creates momentum and makes transformation feel possible.

At the moment I work as a project management consultant and am motivated to continue this work either on a payroll or as a freelancer. I support projects from planning through delivery: coordinating timelines and deliverables, supporting learning and knowledge processes, drafting reports and briefs, organizing workshops with diverse stakeholders and a whole lot more. I enjoy being embedded in teams, taking responsibility for follow-through, and helping translate strategic ambitions into concrete, usable outcomes.

My work is grounded in degrowth and posthumanist perspectives, which means taking relationships seriously: between people, institutions and the more-than-human world. I am particularly interested in how care, power and responsibility are organized (and reorganized!) within systems. I aim to support organizations and movements working towards long-term transformation by combining analytical rigor with imagination, reflection and collaboration.
