The Outside World Monitor
A biannual societal trend analysis at ftrprf mapping growing uncertainty in the Netherlands across natural resources, human rights, energy transition, economic inequality and corporate governance, translating large-scale data into strategic insight for organisations.
New Economy Speculative Design
A speculative design and futures thinking project at Oxfam Novib that made post-growth futures tangible through cultural probes. Built to support New Economy narrative change by helping colleagues step outside growth-centered assumptions and engage with alternative economic systems.
Focused on imagination as a strategic tool for systems change.
Posthumanism meets degrowth
An ethnographic thesis on multispecies governance and the Zoöp model, exploring how post-growth principles translate into practice and what relational, more-than-human perspectives reveal about systems change.

Authentic Partnerships
Joined Oxfam Novib’s Authentic Partnerships trajectory during the synthesis phase, contributing to analysing insights from earlier experiments and materials and co-writing the final report. I also supported a workshop to share findings and shift ownership to colleagues, encouraging critical reflection on power, colonial legacies and relationships as key levers for justice-driven, long-term systems change.

Learning for Sustainability
Contributed to Oxfam Novib learning objectives by writing seven learning briefs synthesizing lessons on responsible business models, fair taxation, just energy and agricultural transitions, private sector engagement, and the impact SME development program. The briefs documented what worked, what failed and remaining gaps, strengthening the evidence base for future funding, program design and justice-driven systems change work.

E-learning Development
Developed a full e-learning module for Oxfam Novib’s Authentic Partnerships trajectory, designed to support critical reflection on power, equity and decolonial collaboration. The course combines reflective exercises with practical guidance, enabling colleagues to question ingrained assumptions, learn from practice and embed justice-based partnership principles into everyday work and long-term organisational change.

(Speculative) Design
Developed a series of speculative cultural probes for the New Economy Speculative Design project, translating future scenarios into tangible artifacts for an upcoming exhibition. Alongside the probes, I created supporting content such as persona templates, banners, posters and leaflets. Through this work, I focus on turning complex systems analysis into accessible, reflective and provocative materials that invite people to question dominant narratives and imagine justice-centred, post-growth futures.

Management and Coordination
Managed multiple consultancies across different projects, overseeing the process from contracting to delivery. This included coordinating timelines, aligning expectations, facilitating communication between consultants and internal teams, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables were completed on time and to brief. Through this work, I supported smooth collaboration and effective use of external expertise within project workflows.
